Notice is hereby given that the public accuracy test for the October 26-November 3, 2024 early voting and the November 5, 2024 general election has been scheduled for Monday, October 14, 2024 at 10:00 am in the township hall meeting room 3425 wing rd, Hastings, Michigan

The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to demonstrate that the program and computer that will be used to tabulate the results of the election, counts the votes in the manner prescribed by law.

Notice is hereby given that there will be a meeting of the Election Commission on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 7:00pm. The purpose of the meeting is to appoint election inspectors and set wages and compensation for election inspectors and chairpersons for the November 5, 2024 general election.

Early voting for the general election will be held October 26 thru November 3, 2024 from 8:30am to 4:30pm each day.

The Township Hall will be open on Monday, November 4, 2024 from 8:30am to 4:30pm for the purpose of accepting absentee ballots.

Election day poll hours for the general election on November 5, 2024 will be from 6:00am to 8:00pm.

Notice is hereby given that there will be a meeting of the Irving Township Board members on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 6:30pm. Please note that the regularly scheduled board meeting on Tuesday, 9/17/2024 has been rescheduled to Wednesday, 9/18/2024.

• Early voting is daily from Saturday October 26 thru Sunday, November 3.
• Voters may visit the clerk’s office on Monday, November 4 (830am-430pm) to obtain an absentee ballot, fill it out, and turn it in (sealed) to the Clerk.
• Election Day is Tuesday, November 5 with polls open from 7am-8pm.
• Absentee ballots will begin mailing around September 21.

Early Voting is July 27 thru August 4 from 8:30am-4:30pm, and Election Day is Tuesday August 6, polls are open from 7:00am to 8:00pm.
