NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  THAT THE PUBLIC ACCURACY TEST FOR THE  NOVEMBER 4, 2025 ELECTION HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2025 AT 10:00 AM IN THE TOWNSHIP HALL MEETING ROOM  3425 WING RD, HASTINGS, MICHIGAN

The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to demonstrate that the program and computer that will be used to tabulate the results of the election, counts the votes in the manner prescribed by law.

Notice is hereby given that the proposed budget of Irving Township for FY 2025-2026 will be submitted for consideration at a public hearing on March 18, 2025 at 6:00pm, with regular board meeting to follow at 6:30pm to consider adoption of the FY 2025-2026 budget and other business that may come before the Board. The proposed budget will be available during regular office hours from 9:00am to 12:00pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Notice is hereby given that there will be a meeting of the Election Commission on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 7:00pm. The purpose of the meeting is to appoint election inspectors and set wages and compensation for election inspectors and chairpersons for the November 5, 2024 general election.

Early voting for the general election will be held October 26 thru November 3, 2024 from 8:30am to 4:30pm each day.

The Township Hall will be open on Monday, November 4, 2024 from 8:30am to 4:30pm for the purpose of accepting absentee ballots.

Election day poll hours for the general election on November 5, 2024 will be from 6:00am to 8:00pm.
